As a long-time ZingTrain trainer, Elnian Gilbert loves to share the concrete and repeatable steps Zingerman’s has taken to embed our Core Philosophies into the very DNA of the organization. Bringing her experience, passion, and humor to the stage makes Elnian not only effective but enjoyable to learn from.
Her notable keynotes include the Great Lakes Fruit & Vegetable Expo, American Booksellers Association, and the Virginia Farm to Table Conference. Elnian has served as facilitator of the Zingerman’s-wide Great Service Group to lead service initiatives through our Community of Businesses.
