Managing Ourselves

Growing Forward with Intention

Webinar

Timo Anderson

Are you someone who avoids conflict? Short-term, it can feel much easier to internalize conflict and suppress feelings of discomfort. Long-term, a habit of avoidance can lead to built-up pressure and negative self-talk. However, there is hope! This month’s webinar shines light on techniques to help you embrace struggle in productive ways.

If we can pause to recognize challenges and be present with the emotions they create, we can begin to reframe them as opportunities to grow. When we are mindful of what’s really going on, we can better show up in the moment for ourselves and others. Take a journey with us within to practice mindful awareness of your environment, emotions, and mental vocabulary. With these tools in hand and heart, you (yes, you!) can begin transforming difficult moments into ones of growth and positive change.

Learn techniques of mindfulness with our Trainer, Timo Anderson, in this nurturing webinar. Timo walks you through a few exercises on how to be present and thoughtful throughout your day, followed by a reflection. Take a break and join us for this very intentional hour.
